K & R Janitorial and Maintenance Inc. was incorporated in 2007 in Joliet, IL by Russell and Kathy French and thier partner Eddie Orlich. Kathy French has been providing astounding Janitorial services for 30 years. Her main goals are to make your home more livable, and vibrant and your offices more orderly. Russell French has been in the maintenance field for 30 years as well. Working for mostly property management companies in the Westmont area. Some of his first jobs were to rehab old apartments into condos. Russell provides many services that some would not constitute as maintenance such as bathroom and kitchen remodeling. Eddie has been trained by Russell for almost 10 years in the maintenance field. Some services Eddie provides are light carpentry to include millwork, installation, and repair of both interior and exterior doors. Russell, Kathy, and Eddie work very hard at establishing a reputation for integrity, premium quality, and top notch customer service.
